Our wheelbarrow makes moving things to and fro, a delight! Made of solid natural wood finished with linseed oil, our wheelbarrow has a lovely organic shape with a roomy cargo bed sized perfectly for animal friends, and other sundry treasures. The thick wooden wheels are lined with skid-proof rubber so as not to mar floors if used inside. The wheelbarrow measures 23" long (from wheel to handle tip), by 10" high (from handle to floor), by 12" wide. The cargo bed measures 10.75" long by 13" deep. Since each wheelbarrow is hand made, the measurements may vary slightly. What a find!
Each beautiful wheelbarrow is hand-made in a Waldorf community in Germany where individuals with disabilities work and live and produce wonderful Waldorf products. The community values people - not for their physical abilities, intellectual abilities, or financial assets, but for their spirit.
